I am considering in a low end Condo purchase - they seem to be available in the 30-60K$ region. My question is has anybody managed to rent theirs out for a sufficient time to make anything in the past 12 months? What sort of occupancy low/high season is possible in this financial climate? Any other points to consider not already covered by Stickys posts?

I think if you keep it very basic and rent for $10-$20 per day it may be attractive and worth travelling for some die hard advantageous hard core people even at this current time of economic depression and galloping crime in Dominican Republic.

Cheapest price rules now!

Good luck!
