My dad was diagnosed with lung, lymph, neck, spine and hip cancer almost two months ago in Canada. It is a very agressive cancer and he is unable to get in for treatment for another month. Does anyone have any experience with cancer treatments, chemo, radiation, etc. in the DR. What sort of cost?
I would appreciate any feedback. Canada's system is free, but you have to wait so long, I'm afraid he'll die before he gets any treatment.
