Just returned from a week there (12/25-1/1). They have made terrific progress, but they still have several things yet to re-open. Some of the restaurants weren't open and there is still considerable work that needs to be done on many of the casitas. They were still working on several of the central areas (the main pool, Cana bar, some shops). Given the pace of the work, I'm sure everything would be done well before the end of March. Notwithstanding the fact that not all the work was done, our return visit was fine. We stayed in a lovely villa and still had a great time.
