In a Dominican legal document (e.g. Contract, Will, Power of Atty, etc.) does the Dominican law require that a marital status (e.g. soltero/casado/viudo, etc.) be declared, or can it be omitted?
So far, in most cases I have seen the legal documents with marital status included, but also i ahve seen some where marital status was not listed.
Any ideas?
