Exactly how much pull or Legal Authority does a Junta de Vecinos yield?

Is it legal for them to barricade a thru road so that it is shut off from people not living in the area?

Is it legal for them to deny access to a road weather it is closed community or not?

If I hire a company to do a job with trucks, and the company brings and uses big trucks and damage the road with in the neighborhood, who is responsible?

I would say to the road damage the trucks and the damage covered by insurance, no?

What is the real deal with juntas de vecinos?

Are "dues" obligatory fees that have to be paid?

If you do not pay do they have a right to deny you access to your home?

Where can I find more legal information on this subject?

if you hire big trucks to do a job for you crossing terrains where such a neighbours association does not allow those trucks, you should get some bodyguards, at least when you would do such in my 'hood.
responsible for the road damage done on such trips is always the one who ordered the trucks to duty.
NO,
such is never covered by any insurance.

really bad lately

Can I refer you to your post of 4th. December 2007 and to Dr. Guzman's answer to it?

I knew this seemed familer, the memory chip needs a serious upgrade.

Thanx

But I did do a search prior to posting, wonder why I did not find that.
