Search for house to rent in Santo Domingo

Hey,

Does any body knows a house for rent in Santo Domingo or surrounding for a reasonable price?
My partner is coming over for a month to scout the area, we are planning to move to the Dominican Republic but he will go first to make the first contacts.

You are not going to find a RD$15k rental without being here and doing the foot work of seeing places etc.

Right now it's a renters market in Santo Doningo, owners are doing deals.

Remind them they are getting a foreigner that pays on time, keeps the place clean, well maintained and will not cause any problems.
Use the above as levergae when negotiating a price.

Only pay in RD$ and try and get them to include the maintance.
