put flour in a bowl add water until you get a thick mixture. roll it out in your hands until you get a nice shape and cover it in flour so it doesn't stick to you and put them into boiling water. Let them boil until they are nice and tender. If you wanna make a really good dumpling try adding some meat or sausage inside the dumpling.
