There will not be a second round. It has not been officially announced but the PRD and the other political groups affiliated with them have more than 50%.

AT 10:50am DR time the current results just reported are:
PRD (Hipolito) 49.9%, PLD (Danilo)24.84%, PRSC (Balaguer)24.68%
There is only a few stations not reported with final results.
Probably Capt. Emmons is correct that there will not be a 2nd round when taking into account affiliations. Vamos a ver.
