Sosua small hotels/B&Bs? (Pensione Anneliese, Koch's Guest House, Cocohotel)

wondering if anyone has stayed at any of the above places, or has a good recommendation for a small, inexpensive (less than $40 double) place to stay (hotel, cottage, B&B) in walking distance to Sosua beach (15 minutes or less) ideally with ocean view?

Casa Del Sol is a nice place and very reasonable. Also, Hotel Playa in downtown Sosua (not oceanfront) has $44.US per night double with breakfast. Everything is walking distance in Sosua we stayed at the Tradewinds condos, and walked all over Sosua. Hotel Annalaise Pensione looks nice as does Koch's, but we only saw the property, not the rooms.
