Hi,
Just looking for a general overview of the place.

How well maintained is it?
How noisy is it likely to be?
How far down the street is it -- close to Pedro Clisante or Alejo M or . . .?

We've been staying in Sosua off and on over the past seven years, but neither of us can remember passing this particular place.

Whatever you care to comment about.

I am the other half of Me_again--ouch! I guess what we want to know is:

It is not a big deal to us if it is guest friendly, but how friendly would it be for a couple of laid back non-judgemental 50ish to 60ish couple?

How far is it from the beach?

Prices?

Any other suggestions? I do like a pool and relative quiet (for the DR!) :cheeky:

I know some people that stayed there... I think you'd be happy with your choice. Quiet but flexible environment from what I saw. Nice management, too.
