Looking for a condo or villa to rent in Sosua for 3 months.

Hi All,

I'm new to this board but been 'lurking' for a while now. I've been to the DR many times and find the advice here to be invaluable.

I will be coming to Sosua this October for 3 months and am looking for a nice 2 bedroom condo or villa on the beach with a pool.

Do you think I could find one in the $750-$1000/month price range?

Wifi is a must and I would prefer a place that's fully furnished and relatively close to town. Please give me some suggestions/websites or an honest real estate agent I could contact. Please feel free to PM any suggestions you have as well.

Thank you for your response. I was very interested in Hispaneola, they have some great places. I will contact her for sure. Do you suggest I contact her now or when I arrive in POP?

Are you in a Villa or a condo?
