Not really my thing rockero, but you can probably easily meet women in person in Santo Domingo at any of these locations:
Ave. Independencia, between the UASD university and El Conde any night after dark; the Jaragua Casino any night; near the Isla gas station on the Malecon just west of the Malecon Center after dark; El Conde after dark; any beach bar in Boca Chica on any weekend afternoon, or at a cafeteria at either end of El Conde any Friday or Saturday afternoon.
In Boca Chica or Sosua: beach bar areas on Friday or Saturday nights after 9 pm.
