Boca Chica

I spent a week in Juan Dolio in December and am planning another in Feb. and am considering staying in Boca Chica as it is closer to the airport and Santo Domingo. Has anyone some recommendations for reasonably priced hotels to stay at? I'd like to be on or near the beach and action.

Check out the Hotel Zapata web site. This hotel, located right on the beach, is not all inclusive so you can visit the many small restaurants in Boca Chica, not missing out on already paid for meals.

I agree with D. R. Hotel Zapata is very nice and not all inclusive.For an all inclusive try the Boca Chica Resort.
