Thanks for the web page. It'll cost in total for my son and I $866. The taxes are very expensive.

Jet Blue is reasonably priced with good customer service.
American Airlines is expensively priced with crappy customer service.
Delta is priced very nicely but with crappy customer service.
(Basing this only on personal experience, but lots of it)

Delta top priority is safety and customer services, Delta Customer services is good (Maybe not the best). but remember out of NY...for me every agent are rude on any airlines or any type of services.

Remember that's the Newyorker attitude, I feel that even Passenger are very rude out of NY. I always avoid JFK/LGA Trips. And I do Agreed with you.
