. You can get some heavy rains but that is usually it. I don't live there but visit often and follow the weather. Others here may have more detailed info for you.
For me, as long as the planes wheels hit the ground at POP, I'm good to go. Even a rainy day at the beach is better then a Sunny day in the office.

You'll see there is a Low-Potential Disturbance forming in the Atlantic Basin. But when there is a real storm brewing, you can view all the possible path tracking, etc.
