click the forum "Real Estate" once you're in look at the top left hand side of page for the icon "rentals"

Or from the main page http://www.dr1.com/forums/ you'll see rentals as the sub forum

It's taken very seriously in the DR. The government has dozens if not hundreds of sub ministers.
