Searching for NAUI dive site near Santo Domingo

Hi,

I have a friend who is coming to the Dominican Republic, south coast on holiday for 14 days and he has completed his NAUI open water training. All that is left to do is the NAUI Open Water dives. Is there somewhere near Santo Domingo where he can do this without paying the extra fee foe a PADI conversion?? Please help!
