Transit over German airport

Hallo!

I would like to know if I need a transit visa, or travel visa for Germany if I'm dominican and just transiting at the german airport (Frankfurt/Main). I will stay in the international transit area just for a couple hours, while waitting my next plane. All the informations are welcome.

TWOV (Transit Without Visa):
Visa required, except for Those transiting to a third country

by the same or first connecting flight without leaving the

transit lounge. Warning: Transit only possible at
Cologne/Bonn, Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg and Dusseldorf
Airports, see conditions below.

Fyi No Transit Visa is Needed if youre Flying the Same Airline or Partner Airline all on one ticket..if by any chance you have two seperate tickets with two diffrent NonPartner Airlines you might need a Transit Visa and in Some Case a Tourist Visa even if youre just staying One day
