I talked her out of it, it turns out what she really wanted was a second frying pan to use for french fries.

The Belgian's would never cook French Fries in a frying pan, OMG, how could you even think about tarnishing the reputation of a national delicacy this way? I suppose she is going to ask for a squeeze bottle of Heinz next!
