Presently we are in the process of developing 20,000 m2 (approximately 5 acres)
of premium oceanfront property. Infiniti Blu offers a unique blend of
spectacular views, private beach, top quality design/ construction and
environmentally friendly infrastructure all a short walk from the center of
town. In addition to providing a physically comfortable and safe environment,
we intend to afford the same security in the transaction itself. Therefore,
included in the purchase price are three added values. Usual and customary
closing costs, title guarantee, title insurance and secure escrow services
provided by Stewart Title, and finally an owner's guarantee package. This
package guarantees everything that is provided by Infiniti Blu for a full two
years, with the exception of the roofing membrane which is guaranteed for a full
five years.
Playa Imbert, located in the heart of Sosua, is one of the nicest beaches you
may ever find. Although close to the center of the town it is still a secret

Infiniti Blu will be finished in 3 Phases: Phase I which is presently under

beautiful landscaping. All condos have large terraces, and 1st. floor condos
have an additional private garden. Some 3rd. floor condos are duplex penthouses

vaulted ceilings. This Phase will be finished by early Feb. 2008.
Phase II will consist of 5 ocean front and ocean view apartment buildings
with 2 and bedrooms from 168 m2 (1806 ft2) to 249 m2 (2683 ft2) adding an

ocean view. This phase will be finished by early Feb. 2009.
Phase III is our final phase and will complete the project with duplex town
