Located in the heart of Sosua and just around the corner from the main strip which has over 30 shops, restaurants, bars, side walk cafes, banks, grocery stores, pharmacies, and bakeries. The beach is just a short 5-8 minute walk away along this main strip. Eight 1 and 2 bedroom units are available. Pool and jacuzzi on site. Each unit has a/c, safe box, bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator, utensils, dishes, closet space, cable TV, Queen size bed, living room, separate bedroom, large windows, and powerful ceiling fans through out. All units have a wonderful view of the tropical vegetation, gardens, jacuzzi, and pool. The beach is a short distance walk away along the main street. FREE local airport pick up is included. Check in/out at anytime.
Low Season Rates
May, September - November
Nightly: $55 Weekly: $385; each additional night $50
High Season Rates
December-April, June-August:
Nightly: $65 Weekly: $455; each additional night $60
Please Note: Mandatory government taxes not included in above rate quotes. Rates shown are for one bedroom apartments for up to two guests per night. Add $25 per person per night for each additional guest. Rates for our two bedroom apartments are $50 more per night for up to four guests. Reservations are NOT guaranteed until a deposit and all requested information has been received. In addition, rental prices are subject to change without notice until a reservation has been confirmed in writing. All payments are final and non-refundable after a 24hr grace period.
