Royal Residence is situated very close to the centre of Cabarete on the sea side of the main road. There are two blocks containing about 30 apartments in total. This apartment is in the block away from the main road. It is a very easy walk to the beach, bars & shops.
This apartment is ground floor. People with disabilities may want to know that there is a small step to access the apartment and a lip around all showers. Someone who uses a manual chair and has some mobility would probably manage. Power wheel chair users may face difficulties. The rest of the complex is level or has ramps. There are five steps (not ladder) in to the pool. Please contact me for an honest, professional, assessment of access needs.
The apartment has a king, queen and two single beds in the three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are en-suite and one toilet/shower is off the main living area. The beds can be moved around to meet your needs. The apartment can be rented out as a two bedroom, one room having its own entrance, that can be separated from the rest of the apartment by securing the internal door. Rates quoted are for three bedrooms unless requested for two.
The complex is relatively quiet and is largely occupied by a mixture of retired people, families and young professionals, with a few apartments rented out. While guests are welcome, we expect anyone who brings guests in to the complex to be both discrete and respectful of others. The bars are near-by, so a good party time can be had in town!
Obviously, we want you to enjoy your stay with us and part of that is ensuring that you are in the right type of accommodation. If your idea of fun is a wild pool party every night, this probably isn't the place for you, except at Christmas, New Year & Easter when EVERYWHERE gets lively! If you are a little older, have a family or will do most of your partying at the bars in town, you should enjoy a vacation with us.
If your idea of fun is an easy, safe, stroll into town, eat at a nice restaurant, have a few beers then return to sip rum & coke while relaxing by the pool, this place is perfect for you!
This is an ideal apartment & location for a family or a group of friends travelling togather.
A cleaner will visit once per week as standard but more frequently can be arranged.
