We have three one bedroom with private bathroom apartments. Two have a large living area with a full kitchen and balconies starting at $400 US per month.. A smaller efficiency apartment is also available starting at $300 US per month.
We are located at the West side of Cabarete a five-minute walk to Kite Beach. Sosua is 6 Km to our West and Cabarete Center is 3 Km to the East.
Rent starts at $300 US for the efficiency and $400 US per month for the one bedroom apartments for long-term rentals (or the equivalent market rate on the due date in Pesos). Short term rates for less than one month are double the daily rate of a monthly stay. This includes normal use of electricity, wireless Internet connection to a DSL line, water, cable TV, and the first bottle of propane gas used for cooking . Each apartment is furnished with a bed, end tables, futon or sofa, dining room table and chairs, a television and some cooking equipment. All payments must be made in cash or wire transfer.
