This is a beautifully decorated HUGE one bedroom, one bath apartment. It has a private patio in the backyard. There is covered parking. You may see the white vehicle in the photo.
It has a american washing machine, LG microwave, LG fridge LG stove, Toaster oven, all brand new. It has premium cable and music with and high speed internet. I will also provide a phone for local calls. (you will need to buy a calling card) and a vonage voice over IP phone. This vonage phone will allow unlimited outgoing and incoming phone calls to the united states.
There are 2 TV's and a 2 Dvd players and nice speakers for your ipod.
The apartment is clean clean clean. I have a brand new serta queen matress pillow top. it is a expensive comfortable mattress. Always sealed in plastic matress pad with a breathable cloth matress pad.
Towels and soap willl be provided. Email is the best, but you may leave a voice or text message.
This is a very good area of santo domingo. The apartment is located at #33 gasper polanco, bella vista, santo domingo.
You may find it using yahoo maps or google earth. 5 minute walk to the bella vista mall. Santo domingos upscale mall. It is right behind the CECOMSA computer store on Romoulo Bentancourt.

Price can be negotiated based on electric consumption and use of a/c, Electricity is very expensive in this country. If you do not require A/C then i will rent for 55 per night. 2 fans are included.
