Compare our prices, ours are all inclusive while others add on 16 % tax and sometimes other charges.... we do not.
This condo has a private roof top terrace with hot water shower, table & chairs and gas BBQ grill. You have a pool view from your roof top and also through the side windows. This is the only condo here with this view!!
Also... DVD player, Cd player stereo, telephone with free local calling, electronic safe. There is no extra charge for use of any of these amenities. Maid service included twice weekly. For additional cost you can have a maid for up to 6 days per week and she can also cook for you, if you wish. We have on-site security 24/7.
Weekly or longer rentals include airport pickup from Puerto Plata International (POP) during business hours.
Rental rates are 875 per week (125 per night) this fall & winter season 2008. Special discounts on some dates. These are total prices including tax, service, etc. Affordable luxury. There are many restaurants, bars, stores, etc. within easy walking distance on the beach. There is unlimited night life every night in Cabarete and Sosua and other local towns. A car is not needed.
