With the announcement of more than RD$30.7 billion in Christmas wages in the public sector to be paid in the first week of December 2024, President Luis Abinader prefaced his message that the message the country is well and it is time to celebrate Christmas. President Abinader used his weekly press conference platform to announce the many Christmas activities the government will be sponsoring nationwide.
