The Ministry of Education (MINERD) officially launched the “Agentes al 100” (Agents at 100) youth volunteer program on Tuesday, 11 November 2025. Spearheaded by Minister of Education Luis Miguel De Camps, the initiative aims to fortify values education, boost student participation, and cultivate a new generation of young people committed to national development.

The launch event took place at the Profesor Germán Martínez High School in the Los Ríos sector in northern Santo Domingo. “Agentes al 100” serves as the operational arm of the broader “Ciudadanos al 100” (Citizens at 100) program, which is dedicated to promoting the common good, democracy, and values essential for national coexistence and progress.
