The newly renovated Museum of the Royal Houses (Museo de las Casas Reales), on Isabel la Catolica Street in the historic Colonial City of Santo Domingo, is inviting to the “Nativity Scenes of the World,” a compelling exhibition showcasing crèches from every continent. The free-of-charge display will run throughout December to 7 January 2026.
The exhibition is a joint effort between the Refidomsa Foundation and the Association of Nativity Scene Creators of the Colonial Zone (Asociación de Belenistas de la Zona Colonial).
Samuel Pereyra, president of the Refidomsa Foundation, sponsor of the event, highlighted: “The exhibition seeks to strengthen the Christmas tradition by displaying the birth of the Christ child as depicted in countless places around the globe.”
