Skydiving in Dominican Republic

I am traveling to Punta Cana, DR in February '15 to visit family. I am US Army Special Forces Officer, I am MFF qualified and I have an AFF USPA B-License. I have my own rig and gear (TRI 210 7 cell, with AAD and reserve, helmet, altimeter). I am trying to find a way to jump while I am in the DR. If you can assit me, I can bring all my gear, my USPA info, etc. I have over 100 MFF jumps and 98 AFF jumps.

Contact me in January. Usually the boogie ends when you are arriving, but I don't know the dates or even if it is on this year. Usually we want a D License, but people have jumped with less. But you must have a working AAD in your Rig regardless.

Sky, I have a Vigil 2, less than 2 years old. I am also going to the Military Free Fall Jumpmaster course in October. If the boogie is over by the 4th of February, do you know of anywhere else I can jump while I am in the DR?

Right now like I said, I don't have any info on this. I will come January though. Usually it starts around Feb5 and ends about Feb.15 or 16. But this is the DR, and nothing is close to sure here. From what you tell me I should be able to get you in. Just contact me in Jan.

As far as jumping anywhere else here, to my knowledge there is no other place at the moment.

I've not seen anything about civilian skydiving here so far.

Fact:

You don't need a parachute to skydive...!

Sky, I hate to resurrect this old thread, but I just got current again and have a D license. I don't have any gear at this time. However, I'll be in the DR the first two weeks of July. Any possibility to jump while I'm there? i know, slim to none, but asking anyway.
