Remembering Ronnies.......
Actually Patrick never lived in the house for unwed mothers. He lived a little down the street, then the other side of the highway in his later years.
Plenty of people on here knew Patrick, some long before me.
i know that a lot of people here knew those two guys. anybody who ever spent time in the capital knew them..

I wonder what happened to Bert the Swede. That guy could put them down and had a cute wife.
Remember him driving up the beach drunk in his truck one afternoon and only one of the palm trees at the front of Ronnies bar stopping him. LOL!
That bar could tell some stories if it was still around. hahaha

We got along pretty good......
He was always pretty hammered......
But so was I......(That might be the reason....)

I remember he tried to open a fruit stand in the hood......

Bringing back alot of memories ....
Who was the guy from Massachusetts who had made a ton of money selling cars. He moved to the DR and had a knockout of a girlfriend. He always had a wide brimmed not quite cowboy hat, brown I think.
He burned through the money with her help and had to move back to the states to go back to work.
The girlfriend married an Italian and moved to Italy.

Dwayne the driller.... I used to get together with him down in Long Beach when he got into doing the Govt. Contracts here. He started making some serious money then.
That guy could put down some scotch.

Supe and his wife. Last I heard she's in PR living the good life. I had her on FB for a while.
And who could forget Ronnie's wife Iris?
Patrick... I spent entirely too much time at both of Patrick's houses. Was anybody here a member of his video club?
I can honestly say Ronnie and Patrick were some of the reasons I moved from BC to Santo Domingo. Those 3 and a hlaf years almost killed me.. LOL
