Pay your bill, telecoms authorized to cut service of those in arrears

The Dominican Institute of Telecommunications (Indotel) reported that with the beginning of the gradual reopening of the economy, telecommunication companies are authorized to suspend service for non-payment. Indotel had issued resolution PRE-004-2020 that gave telecom customers extra time to pay their bills. During that time, they were exempted from late charges.

Esto es abuso. Solo he usado wasapp y he pedido cerveza bajo la cuarentena. La cerveza también debería haber sido gratis, ¿de qué otra manera deberíamos soportar?
Cuando no me dieron una factura o cerraron el teléfono, todo uso debería ser gratuito.
