Casetas on the Malecon?

I've always had an interest in the casetas on the malecon. I've figured maybe someone knows of someone whos willing to sell, preferably a half or entire caseta. The beach bars on the Malecon

caseta #2 the person who owns the place right next to rafy's "my x" just got killed in a car accident, you might want to check it out. As far as caseta's on the malecon #2 is where it's happening, the other ones are dead.

the casetas are owned by a group of special people that were allowed to get them and then they re rent to the people there now

They are owned by people who had caseta's on the other end of the malecon and got kicked out.
