Once you have full immunization I would think you might receive certificate of some sort so as to avoid current procedures that are in place.

Colour coded chip implanted....defeats the use of a colour....Many here within this forum prefer colour coded identity cards.
Perhaps, we can offer up serialized numbers tattooed upon ones body.
Or, for modern day technology, persons can have a serialized, colour coded chip implanted as an identifier.
