Yellow beret militia

I meant to post this earlier but forgot.

Does anyone know who these yellow beret guys are? They carry M16s with banana clips. I saw about 8 - 10 of them on the road this morning on the Jubey road that connects RD3 with RD4 in Boca Chica. Lots of DIGSETT guys and MOPCs too. They were polite and waved back at me. I just don't remember seeing that militia before.
