Jep, Pueblito is open. Always a nice time there, especially in le petit francois, always great food and great service. And really good prices
That is the beach between Playa Dorada and Costa Dorada. The French restaurant is quite good.

We were there a few weeks ago with a bunch of locals and a few tourists. No skin rashes so I guess the water was fine 😁.
Lunch was fish, veggies, and the ever-present tostones. And beer!
I have been there many times but didn't remember the name, probably people rename the beach after the grow of the population.
Back in the 80s I used to walk on the sand from Long Beach to Playa Dorada.
There was not naighborhood in between just woods.

I would not go in that water on the Malecon in Puerto Plata , but I guess that is just me.
I always wonder who made and ate the first tostone and said this is good, let's make more.
