Huge fan of this rum. It feels like a good mix of leyenda & imperial and it's at a good price point too.

I bought a few bottles last weekend, now they're a little hard to find.

Just a Ron enthusiast chiming in.. My wife brought me a bottle of the 1888 Gran Reserve with her usual purchases of Leyenda this last trip. Te 1888 was not as sweet which I liked, and was easy on the nose with the vanilla / oak.. It's not as smooth as Leyanda when drinking neat and found myself adding a touch of coconut water to it which made it excellent overall.. I still prefer Leyenda neat..
