There was this youtuber Miko Worldwide he was hanging around Sosua "running a charity", going to poor barrios and giving out food to the kids. Later he was arrested in Colombia for raping a 10 year old boy.

Indeed. Made a complete mockery of some local government officials while staying on the North Coast. I remember someone posted an interview he did with the then Mayor of Sosua Ilana Neumann. Talk about a national embarrassment.

How would they solve it though? On the immigration form where it asks "Purpose of you trip" add "Sex with minors" option, and whoever marks that field refuse them entry? The problem is that most of the time the parents are either directly involved or look the other way if there is a financial benefit to the family, and if they didn't know and find out the story makes the news only because they couldn't come to an $$$ agreement. That's why they prey on kids from poor neighbourhoods.

That one Interview PROVED how Clueless SHE truly was ... everyone on U Tube seems to know about it .. except her ,,when I first watched it I thought to myself, " NO, she cant be ,, she MUST be setting him up and will have him Busted" , but no she really was totally clueless.

Yes, from I what I understand he was deported to US because he had some charges in Georgia too, but he is free yes.

Oh I don’t know, make a serious example of whomever is involved.

Or even better, make quality public education a possibility.

He took a plea agreement and did about a year in jail up in Georgia. You could clearly see the pale skin and jail bloat from the food he'd eating upon his release because first thing he did was started posting content again. A Dominican friend mine up in Sosua sent a video he did when he got out. He comes from a wealthy family so mommy and daddy probably pony'd up the money for a good lawyer. Idiots like him seem to learn the hard way so I anticipate seeing his dumb*ss getting arrested again at some point in the future.

Charges were dropped because it was all fake news apparently. Internet slander/defamation that somehow went viral.
Otherwise I don't know how could anyone be released from jail and let on a plane heading back to DR after raping children.
