why can't we post photos in our posts?

OK.
Go to the photo on your laptop and 'open" it.
right click on it, and select "copy"
come here, click on the text box of this message
Right click on it, and select "Paste"
I followed your earlier instructions to copy the photo and paste it here. The result was that only "Copy and paste in message box:" appeared as a message but no photo attached. Not a big deal. I can always use postimage.org should I have anything groundbreaking to post. Thank you for your efforts!

Well I must be getting old or just not very Savvy at trying to post pictures. As nothing seems to work for me🤷♂️ With that being said is there any way that we can post pictures directly from your IPad photos would make things so much easier. Thanks for any help..
Just click on the picture and you'll see a little square in each corner. Click on one and drag it larger or smaller.
Nope - doesn't work for me - and I'm pretty sure I know how to copy/paste
I’m not sure why it works for some and not others. I know moderators have different/additional options, so I’m thinking that possibly different poster categories (silver, bronze, etc) give different posting rights. The categories used to appear under ID/Name, but some choose personalized titles (like you). That doesn’t change the category though.
