I tried watching a video he posted not too long ago on Punta Cana. Couldn't make it past the 5 minute mark clown fair.
I saw that video, left a message and said he make no sense. He tend say neg things about DR but now he thinks it's great, okay? Obviously, a clown
Add him to list with the rest of these "know it all" YouTube clowns. From Sosua all the way down to Punta Cana.

False! One billion, that would require her to sell one thousand million dollars homes, or two thousand 500,000 dollars homes. She did not accomplish this.

Lol...I know Cheryl, I doubt this very much. And no, she does not own every KW Real Estate office in the DR. She actually showed me some condos at Playa Turquesa and Palm Suites a few years ago. This was before she was involved with KW. I doubt she has even sold half of the inventory she has. Just because there is a YouTube video doesn't make it true. SMH

he has been here 2 years lives in Punta Cana Village one of the best places to live you're right thanks he knows everything. he also is getting a free apartment Cheryl Williams because he promotes her. He is not a bad guy but he is a newbie
she is the money behind Boardwalk properties this project was halted because it was zoned for three floors and she decided to add three more Floors on ..nah nah....
he paints a picture in all of his videos that everything is perfect and Rosey that could be the case if you live in Punta Cana Village.
I saw him one day I asked him if Dominican Republic is so perfect why when Dominicans get a chance to leave they're out of here in the heartbeat i go to the states or Europe I told him you're giving your viewers wrong picture if you have money in Dominican Republic life is very good if not it's a disaster.

The issue is Cheryl has not sold more than $1B in real estate. Nor does she own all the KW realty offices in the DR. Agree Punta Cana Village is one of the better places, we have friends that live there. But that does not make the video true. Cheryl was working with her husband, not sure now. The inventory in Punta Cana is the same, some of the places she is trying to "sell" are the same places she tried to show me. Mind you this was a few years ago. But the places are still for sale. She was working with the builder that built Palm Suites, Rosa Hermosa and Mia Hermosa but I see the same condos still available she was trying to sell. I was actually surprised to see the video given most anyone in Punta Cana that knows the realty circle knows this is not true.
