Magnitude 4.0 - DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

I think those 4.0's happen frequently, and most people don't even feel them. But today on the news I heard that a few days before the big 8.9 in Japan they had a much smaller one that everyone kind of ignored. Apparently it's not common to have a small one before the big one, but still scary to think about!

i dont usually panic - but im not myself today... my company is based in Japan, when we hear stuff like this, and we can put names and faces to these tragedies it really hits home...

Only a few people in the North of Japan, relatively speaking. NO buildings. All tsunami vicitms...

With a move that big, I expect a few moving and shaking tohappen around the world.
