The $200USD limit refers to the total on the invoice from the original point of sale. If that invoice has tax or shipping(from the seller to EPS) included in the total, then the total must be under the 200 US. The cost of EPS shipping will not be included.

This place is part of Sosua Ocean Village. As you can see from the photos, it's some nice pools with a restaurant. There is a 2,500RD minimum per adult. Mostly upscale Dominicans as clients.
