I've heard it said that Cabarete is like a bucket of crabs. Rather than work together and help each other out, they pull each other back in and no one gets out.

Compare it to living in a 900 sf2 condo, those dont' seem that bad. They have their own beach and lagoon access. How many units are selling with no beach access? When all the building ends, there won't be any access to kite beach and no parking.
