20 Unit Condominium Complex in Sosua/Cabarete Area looking for a Property manager
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Accounting: Producing Quarterly Reports, Owners Monthly Statements
* Managing the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds and pool
* Managing a small staff (cleaning lady, handyman, 24/7 security)
* Managing repairs and renovations from time to time
* Dealing with owner/renter complaints or problems from time to time
* Ensuring that condominium rules are adhered to
* Managing the rentals within the condominium complex
* Other responsibilities typically involved in property management
The ideal candidate should:
* be experienced in Property Management
* be familiar with Dominican condo law
* have excellent organizational skills
* speak fluent English and Spanish (owners and rental guests are typically from USA and Canada)
* be able to work under deadlines at times
* exhibit patience and understanding towards a variety of personalities
Compensation is a base salary and percentage of rentals
