hello DR1ers, just curious because I hadnt heard in a while about its progress, did they improve highway 25 to Puerta Plata from Santiago? if so, is it a big difference or not? The last time we traveled it, it took a while to get to Puerta Plata.

By the way , im not a republican,and ive had 2 doses and a booster but i think now its game over..................
