what else can be done if it has gone to court and they are given three warnings before closing them down. There is still a problem with excessive noise from the car wash. The poor people there cannot sleep. Is there any other action that can be taken?

wondering which airlines fly from canada in the summer to puerta plata besides air canada. looking for a reasonable flight

Does anyone know of direct airlines that fly in the summer that are reasonanable from either ottawa, montreal or toronto to puerta plata as I find alot do not fly in the summer?
