We had the same issue with the controller board and it was fixed with the timer working for a few years now. The leak they normally repair i do not know why he would have to build a new one... Good luck! 🤞

Question. Who is saying the shops are for rent? Why you think they did the count of the shop's and did already pay out the ones not getting a shop? The official plan is shop an exchange of shops (little shops...:rolleyes:). Sure there will be people trying to sell or rent the shops to others...

BTW the land owned by Paliza and Ilanas husbands family (don't remember the name, Soriani or something...) is the part cleared on the opposite side of the south plazas. The land at the beach is owned by the Tavares and Pastoriza-Tavares familys.

The Ocean King... But not only buses are coming to the beach, also daily taxis arrive with people from the cruise ships (yes we can distinguish them from the local ones the drivers are using different uniforms).

This was when it still was kind of ok to pass... but I hear now it is more or less blocked... Courtesy of all those patient and educated drivers... :( :(

Yes... The wave breaker they did build there is stopping the sand from traveling along the coast so yes they have a "beach" at the east side. Casa Marina is loosing their beach gradually and Playa Alicia is getting smaller also.... Luckily the wave breaker is slowly falling apart and so there...

I know I am repeating myself but.... the change of jurisdiction goes back to Ilana in power. It had to do with garbage collection etc. The jurisdiction of Cabarete begins from the little bridge by the car part place so yes all what is coming after going towards Cabarete is not only mysteriously...

Surprisingly they are actually working on that today... Beach path is still closed off and the whole day Trucks are coming from there with the debris! And guess what... The Beach vendors are in Santo Domingo to try to resolve the issue...:rolleyes::rolleyes:

So for those interested... At this moment there is a big operation at the beach with all the different police organizations involved (plus fuerza armada and aearea). Around 30 of the shops are planed to be taken down...
