Apparently, no "Flood Damage/Rebuilt" titles are going to be allowed into the DR. This has been the talk amongst the Dealers who import from the USA. I guess as long as the flooded vehicles come with Clean USA titles, you'll see them for sale in the DR, which is a problem. I'd stay away.
