1. For the 'Good Conduct' form, I paid the fee at BanReservas and gave the receipt to the folks at the court house in PP. The supplied the document a short time later. 2. I scanned a copy of our Marriage certificate into the appropriate spot on the application screen.

Bennymack, I applied on-line for renewal in early September. I selected Puerto Plata to start the process. Eventually I handed in copies of all the required paperwork into PP. Based on last year's application, I expected to have the medical testing in PP, however that has changed;it must be done...

One likely response from the airlines: We cannot implement the request within the 45 days allotted. Therefore the only solution is to cease collecting the fee from everybody until such time as we are able to develop the necessary software to implement this request. (Like 18 months, or longer!)...

Sky, I also have used PIA for many years with no problems until last week. No problems in last few days. Problem perhaps with Claro. If Claro is super slow, can PIA compensate? Probably not.

PIA stopped offering sites today. Then making them available for a time, before turning them 'off'. Sometimes the delay reached 2000ms or more before the site became unavailable. Anyone here using PIA and having similar issues? Nothing on the internet referencing this. Would Claro have anything...
