Dog missing - Cabarete

If anyone see's "Jackie", please send me a PM.
He disappeared yesterday while playing with other dogs on the beach near the center of Cabarete.

His hair's shorter now and a little less of the gray than in this photo Cabarete Events, News, and Cabarete webcam; Sosua Events and News | Concerts, Events at Bars, Restaurants, Discos and Casinos

Note, there's another dog on the beach that looks similar named "Roameo". Roameo is with his owner, so please don't pick him up!

We have had our very similar little dog, Annie, though she is all blonde, for just over 3 years now.

We wish you success in finding him soon.

Suggest you get some posters up in Cabarete and advise all local vets and Judy's Pet Lodge asap.

Jackie is a friend's dog & they're doing their part in the search and in getting the word out.. I posted here on DR1 to try to assist. Hopefully someone will see him & help get him home soon. And Jackie, too, is more blonde now that he appears in this photo - and again, his hair is shorter now as well.

Could it be that he was happily playing and, if he is a very friendly dog, someone saw him and thought him to be homeless and took him away to care for him? If that is the case, he could be somewhere quite local with caring people (hopefully). I rather hope that 'Jackie' had been neutered....

BTW, you say he disappeared yesterday but on the link you provided it says he disappeared on Sunday which is the day before yesterday I think.... Sunday is usually a very busy day on the beach at Cabarete.

He went missing late Monday afternoon.
His owner fears he was picked up by someone as a stray as he tends not to wander much & does know how to find his way home. Hopefully they get a few pictures posted around town in case someone has seen him or knows who has him. And yes, he's no longer a puppy making machine.

Jackie's home!!
He found his way home two days ago - dirty & a little scratched up but his family is glad to have him back. Thanks to everyone who was keeping an eye out for him!
