is anyone else having major connection problems - disconnects every two minutes and soooooooo slooooooooooooow

Happy Birthday, a little late, I know.

I have had varying problems, but I think it was more with the compuiter than Jodetel.

Might have a loose connection in your phone line????

we are having the same problem

it is drving us nuts as well. it will be fine for a while and then really sloooowww and then cuts in and out. very aggravating

When that happened to me I just changed my esplitter. Try changing yours - they wear out after a while and if yours is as old as you then it is definitely time for a change!!

whats a splitter - the thing that the telephone and internet go into then go into the wall I am presuming?

we are now back to normal speed, codetel came the day after we rang them and replaced the wire from the main exterior junction to the socket inside.

No complaints about the fast service
